If your stay is less than a week you will be parking in the covered guest area or on the street. You are responsible for registering your guest parking daily as it is on a 24-hour cycle. It is free. For stays a week or longer, you can park in the secure parking area through the gates. Vehicle information needs to be submitted by 3:00 PM of your arrival day in order to get submitted to prevent being towed. Sunday arrivals cannot park in the secured gated area as the apartment complex’s office is closed. There is guest parking that is free and covered and there is also ample street parking as well.This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Smoking will result in a $250 fee. If an animal is discovered or evidence of a pet is found, there is an additional $250 unauthorized per fee. Excessive cleaning will result in an additional $150 cleaning fee. IF deemed excessive, the mess will be documented.We are legally registered with the City of Fort Worth.
