Washer/Dryer is not provided. There are 16 steps to enter the 2nd floor property. There is an outdoor shower under the bungalow in the garage. The outdoor porch is a perfect place to take in breathtaking coastal views.Kingfisher is a part of the Kiawah River community on Johns Island. Kiawah River is located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and a 5 minute drive to Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island and Freshfields Village. 25 minutes from downtown Charleston.
