As you walk through the front door you will be welcomed by the modern living area and updated kitchen. The master has a king bed and a brand new 50 inch Roku TV to relax after a day’s worth of adventure. The sleeper sofa in the living room has a new memory foam mattress for a relaxing night’s sleep.2. Your kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee cups, plates & bowls, microwave oven, toaster, cooking spices, and a Keurig.3. Feel at home with stocked coffee pods, tea and creamer, and complimentary drinks and snacks. You will also have access to a private washer and dryer, and be provided with laundry soap and dryer sheets for any laundry you may need to do during your stay.4. For your convenience, the bathroom is well stocked with large fluffy towels, soft toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide feminine products and face wipes.5. For the Kiddos: We happily provide a high chair and pack n play for your little ones!6. Games provided include: Scrabble, Yahtzee, Sorry, and Colorado Springs Monopoly.The Neighborhood:We are located in Old Colorado City, the historic downtown of Colorado Springs. You will find lots of local shops, bars and restaurants, all on one street! We are a short drive, or a 15 minute walk, to the center of it all.Other Things to Note:For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.*Unauthorized late checkout fee $20 Per Half Hour Late*Additional fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.This is a lower unit of a duplex. Both units are being rented out, so please be respectful of the other guests. You will have your entire private space, including a private backyard. However, the hot tub area is shared with the other guests. This is the only shared space.We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the rocky mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter – sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour which puts the hot tub heated to 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day.
