Fresh look condo on the 4th floor of the Kingsview complex. Walk down stairs to the lake front & relax on the lake or take a stroll on the boardwalk that leads to the London Bridge and Rotary Park. The master bedroom features a King bed, flat screen T.V. and a master bath with tub/shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Large balcony with patio set & propane BBQ. One of the best spots on Lake Havasu -It’s really all about the location!! Kitchen is fully stocked to cook or BBQ outside on the covered balcony. Master bath has a washer and dryer.The condo is gated with garage parking for cars or trucks, and limited spots for boat parking in the gated parking area. They is a security guard that patrols during the night to ensure no property is taken from the parking structure or boat parking area. Additional boat parking is available across the street as well. There are 2 boat launch sites within a 5 min drive, and you can park your boat on the beach during the day. Take breaks in the A/C or make a few more drinks to enjoy.This condo is walking distance to multiple restaurants and bars.
