Kingsview Condo # 205 WATERFRONT – approx. 30 feet from beachKINGSVIEW – BEACH FRONT Lake HavasuTwo bedroom, Two Bath Condo. Condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer in the unit. Wi-Fi Internet for our renters!! Unit #205 is on the second floor (30 feet from the beach and on the London Bridge Boardwalk) with direct beach access for your enjoyment. This Condo is not a Party Palace and there is a limit of 6 PEOPLE in the condo (You need to email me for extra people approval). There is an extra fee for more than five people. The condo has a huge balcony with lots of chairs to sit outside and enjoy the warm Havasu weather or just sit and watch the boats drive by. The English Village is a short walk from the condo with shops, ice cream parlor, pizza and places to rent wave runners, jet skis, paddle boards and pontoon boats. There is also a ferry boat that will take you across the river to enjoy the casino. It’s a beautiful walk along the channel and goes all the way to Rotary Park where there is a skate board park. Pets need to be pre-approved and there is an extra charge per pet of $200.00. (Approximate fees ) My rental rates are $275.00 /$325.00 a night plus a $150.00 cleaning fee ( there is a list in the condo of what you need to do before you check out of the condo – if you Choose not to clean up after yourselves, you will be charged extra – The condo should look the way it looked when you arrived. Holidays are $375.00/450. a night with a 3 night minimum in most cases.The Master bedroom with queen bed and double glass doors to the balcony with great view of water and London Bridge. Living room with double glass doors to balcony and view. The guest room has a private bathroom, tv, ceiling fan and huge closet.You can pull your boat/jet skis right up to the beach and relax all day. Enjoy the morning sunrise or evening sunset on the huge balcony – you will not want to leave.It is a five minute stroll on the Boardwalk to the ‘English Village Shops and Restaurants’ and ‘London Bridge.’ You can rent paddleboards, boats, jet skis in the English Village. You can take the Havasu Ferry to the gambling casino – The Ferry is located in the English Village (all within a 5 minute walk from the condo – on the boardwalk)Enjoy daily swimming in the Lake or the complex POOL which is located on the 2nd floor as well, you won’t be disappointed.
