One with two twin-sized beds and attached bath with tub/shower combo. The third and final bedroom offers a king-sized bed and walk in shower. There is a bonus outdoor oasis under the townhome, with an additional couch and chair lounge space.Kiawah River is a 2,000-acre resort on Johns Island featuring 20 miles of waterfront and walking trails with a 100-acre working farm, luxury hotel, and 9,000 sqft amenity center. Kiawah River is just outside of Kiawah Island located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and 20 miles from downtown Charleston.Construction: There are nearby homes under construction. Some construction noise can be heard from the home during working hours. Monday-Friday 7-7. Saturday 8-5.
