Summary:Aloha!My family and I live on Maui and we are so excited to host your vacation. Don’t get stuck with a major rental company that doesn’t care about your individual group. We take pride in providing personal touches and making sure that we personally check on our condos to ensure your trip is the best it can be.Relax after a day in the sun and watch your favorite show on the 55 inch TV. Plenty of seating for your whole party. The couch also has a queen size sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress. The unit has a HUGE double wide lanai, with doors that truly open up your inside to the outside. There is an outdoor eating area that seats 6 for outdoor dining. Split unit A/C keeps the whole condo at a beautiful temp! The dining includes a table with seating for 6 as well as 4 stools at the counter. There is a washer/dryer in the unit.The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. Ready for you to cook your favorite Hawaiian meals! It includes all dishes, pots and pans, and silverware.The upstairs master has a king size bed. There is a huge walk in closet and an ensuite bathroom. There is a split unit A/C upstairs to keep it a cool temp as well as a ceiling fan for circulation. Brand new TV upstairs also.The downstairs master bedroom also has a king size bed. There is a split unit A/C in this room too, as well as a fan. 2 large closets and a TV.The last bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a TV in this room as well as a large closet.The condo also includes boogie boards, beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler. Beach towels also provided. Tennis rackets and tennis balls provided if you want to try out the courts. Everything you need to have a great vacation. The complex includes a beautiful pool and hot tub. Also tennis courts and shuffleboard. There is an outdoor BBQ area and a great gathering space for large groups. KOA Resort spares no expense in there landscaping and you will truly feel as if you are in the middle of a tropical garden!We also provide a pack and play and a high chair for guests use.Guests can cancel with no charge up to 60 days before the stay. 60-30 days is a 50% cancellation fee. Under 30 days is 100% cancellations fee.
