We are in building 1 so there is NO road noise & we have all new windows in our unit which makes it a lot quieter. It is just minutes to some of the best snorkeling, windsurfing, and surfing Maui has to offer. After a day in the sun, relax with a tropical drink while your kids swim in the large resort style pool just steps from your lanai. We are one of 2 complexes that heat the pool in the winter. The Koa Resort is a small complex of about 54 units that sets on over 5 acres of lush tropical landscaped grounds. We also have boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler & umbrellas. Our townhome has t.v.s in most rooms, wireless internet, .
