This wonderful property includes a 180-foot wraparound deck.Relax under the covered lanai or Tiki Hut and enjoy amazing canal views as well as nightly western sunsets. The open kitchen features a large island bar with bar stools and all necessary equipment for preparing and serving dinner. It’s only a few steps away from the living room, which has a Smart TV, a comfortable couch and beautiful views out to the canal. Dine indoors or out with tables in both spaces and an outdoor kitchen with a stainless grill for memorable poolside meals. Each dining area seats 8 with 3 additional seats at the kitchen island.This spacious layout offers privacy, comfortably sleeping 8 persons. There are three bedrooms (1 king in the master suite, 1 queen, 2 twins) and three full bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is an office/den with a full-size murphy bed.There are smart TVs in the living room, bedrooms, and lanai, all equipped with free Wifi. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer. Das vierte Schlafzimmer ist ein Büro / Arbeitszimmer mit einem großen Schrankbett (1 Kingsize-Bett, 1 Queensize-Bett, 2 Einzelbetten, Full-Size-Schrankbett). Die Küche ist komplett mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet und hat 6 Sitzplätze im Freien und 6 Sitzplätze im Inneren mit zusätzl. 3 Sitzplätze an der Küchentheke. Ein gemütlicher Loungebereich lädt Sie ein, ein Buch zu lesen oder einfach nur die Schönheit dieses Hauses mit großartigem Sonnenuntergang Nacht für Nacht zu genießen.Es gibt viel Platz für 2 Familien, wo sich alle ausbreiten oder eine tolle Zeit im Pool oder in der Küche verbringen können.Das Haus bietet drahtlosen Highspeed-Internetzugang und einen Schreibtisch.5 Smart-TVs, von denen einer internetfähig ist und sich außerhalb des Poolbereichs befindet.
