Koko’s Bear Retreat: in village, fun, 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8, screened in porch!Welcome to our beautiful Koko Bear’s Retreat townhouse in the Olympic Village of Lake Placid! We are in the Pinehill development just inside the village and a short walk in. We are an end unit with 4 bedrooms, sleep 8, 3 full bathrooms, 2 parking spots plus a very nice screened in porch.Note: we have changed agents and why we do not have any reviews yet. But we had 23 reviews before this and for a great 4.87 overall rating. Yes our guests do love it here!Our entry mudroom leads into an open kitchen, dining room and living room area with a gas fireplace. This main level also has our master bedroom with a king bed and and it’s own private full bathroom. Our upper level has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed for two and the other with two double beds for another two. There is a full bathroom in between them which is accessed from that hallway.The lower level is our fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds, a full bathroom, a very nice family room / den and with shuffleboard, games and a TV.There is also a very nice screened in porch to enjoy with tables and chairs and off of our main living area. Note that we are STR permit #200092…
