Welcome to our lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with island decor, king size bed, washer and dryer, dishwasher, AC and full kitchen and bathroom both updated just last year. Our condo is located on the second floor, on the cooler side of this friendly, tranquil, oceanside complex with a view of the ocean and lovely garden from our lanai.Enjoy the solar heated pool, barbecue area, and lounging area in the palm trees in front of the the west facing shore – wonderful for watching sunsets, dolphins and whales as well as lingering over outdoor meals.This is a great location for exploring the Big Island of Hawaii – amazing snorkeling spots (we see turtles every trip and last time we had dolphins swimming with us!), boogie boarding, surfing, swimming, the Kilauea Volcano, waterfalls, botanical gardens, hiking, golf, farmers’ markets, restaurants, grocery stores and big, sandy beaches are all within driving distance. Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella are available for your beach outings. Our condo is 2 miles from the downtown, waterfront shopping and restaurant district and 1.5 miles from popular Magic Sands beach.Every evening you’ll be treated to a new sunset that you can enjoy from the lanai or the condo pool, or the ocean pool to the left of the complex, or the little beach to the right of the complex, or in the complex’ lounging/grill/dining area right next to the ocean.
