Kitchen with all new modern appliances.Other things to noteThis condo has HOA, so guests need to follow rules and regulations, parking spots, pool rules, avoid noise and NO parties allowed. Otherwise GUEST will be subject to fines. When parking under the building make sure you park close to the wall on the left so the owner on the right has enough room to park their car. If this is not followed and a violation occurs, you will be responsible for the penalty fine.Guests to avoid putting surfboards or personal items in the parking area, besides their car.No food items in garbage disposal, it will clog easily.
