Get ready to kick back, relax and smell the ocean air. La Cabana is a one bedroom, one bathroom, completely redone condo located just across the street from Carpinteria State Beach! The unit is on the second floor of the building. Swim in the pool or go explore Linden Ave where there are local shops, restaurants and breweries. Enjoy the best little surf town and wake up just steps from the beautiful Pacific Ocean!THE SPACE:BEDROOM- The bedroom has a queen sized bed with an attached bathroom. The closet has space to put your clothes, as well as stored back up towels and pillows.BATHROOM- The bathroom is connected to the bedroom and has a sink, toilet and stand in shower with glass sliding doors. The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash.LIVING ROOM- When you walk in the front door you will be in the living room that has a couch that pulls out into another queen sized bed. There are extra blankets and sheets in the storage part of the couch. There is a TV that allows you to sign in to your Netflix and other streaming services as well as magazines and some games.THE KITCHEN- Cook up some delicious meals during your stay! This kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and all your basic kitchen needs. We have a Keurig coffee maker with free provided coffee and hot chocolate pods as well as half & half. There is a microwave/convection oven, gas stove and a reverse osmosis water system.PARKING- There is a parking lot in the back of the building. The spots are on a first come first serve basis (rarely full) and there is also lots of free street parking.PATIO & POOL- Cool off in the shimmering pool located just steps from the condo. The pool is shared as well as the outside BBQ and picnic tables. Enjoy BBQing and relaxing in the sunshine!WIFI- The home is set up with high speed wifi.BEACH GEAR- The house is located on the beach so we are happy to provide our guests beach chairs and beach towels for your beach days!
