The home features a living room and a family room with plenty of TVs for the entire family. The galley kitchen as well as the dining room comprise the center of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils.For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation paradise.Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.The garage has one parking spot for guests (owner uses 2nd spot for personal car) and the home comes with bicycles (please use at your own risk).Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying morning coffees on the dock with amazing views down the canal.
