Prior to check-in, an email with the smart lock code and other pertinent information regarding entry will be sent to you. You will have access to the entire house, as well as the front and backyards. However, the garage and two closets will be locked and inaccessible, as they contain personal belongings. Free street parking is available for your convenience.There may be neighborhood cats that come into the yard. Please do not feed.Please note that there is a tenant in the back house who uses the north walkway of the property for access. The tenant’s area is separated from the main house by a fence, ensuring privacy for all.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
