Just 1/3 mile to La Jolla Shores Beach and steps to La Jolla Shores Village. Situated on a flat lot, guests are greeted with a circular driveway with convenient and coveted off-street parking. The front gate enters to a large private courtyard which includes a deck with grill, outside dining and outdoor seating arrangement. Entering the front door you will find the Parlor/Entertainment room (15’x18′) with a 65″ flat-screen tv. Continue through the Foyer and enter the Great Room (32’x21′) – an open space which includes a formal dining area (seats 10), fireplace seating area, and Ping Pong Table. This room features 12′ ceilings and an expansive wall of tall windows with views to the back yard. The kitchen adjoins this room and includes a breakfast dining area (seats 6) which accesses the courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining service for 12 guests, small appliances, cooking accessories and basic pantry items. You might also enjoy the 10+ restaurants down the street – we sure do! It is within close walking distance to La Jolla Shores Village and Beach, and in an area of La Jolla Shores with lower density and larger lot sizes.The location doesn’t get any better than this!
