This spacious single family home located just 2 blocks from historic La Jolla Shores Park is the ideal relaxing family accommodation! This home provides 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps 8 guest comfortably (6 adults maximum). The home has two living levels with plenty of outdoor space boasting lush tropical landscaping as well as beautiful panoramic views of the ocean and the city of La Jolla, Ca from the private rooftop viewing deck. The home has a private two car garage (fitting one vehicle) as well as 2 outdoor open air spaces in the private driveway.In addition to the spacious private home and perfect location, to assist your enjoyment we offer some additional amenities for your family beach outings. For your enjoyment, our home provides a large beach cart (1), 6 folding beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, 2 boogie boards, 1 paddle board with paddle, and a bag of sand toys for the children!!!!
