Yet, you’ll have all of the peace and quiet that comes with a gated community.THE LIVING AREA…The living room of LA PETITE PENTHOUSE has double French doors that open to the balcony so you can enjoy those wonderful tropical breezes, and a large Hi-Def flat screen TV for those evenings when you need a break from the excitement of Old Town. The rear balcony looks out on the lush tropical trees that surround the community pool. Inside, there’s a dining table that seats 4, and there is also dining for four on the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy the most demanding chef, and has a French door to the front balcony.THE ACCOMMODATIONS…• Master Bedroom: Queen bed, flat screen TV and overhead fan.• Second Bedroom: Two Twins OR One King bed, flat screen TV, and overhead fan.The shared hall bathroom has a glass shower and stacked washer/dryer.THE COMMUNITY POOL and FORT ZACHARY TAYLOR STATE PARK…The community pool is right around the corner from LA PETITE PENTHOUSE, with plenty of chaises. There is a cabana with restrooms for your convenience. Fort Zachary Taylor Park is less than a half mile away, with the prettiest beach in Key West.Compliance with Truman Annex Community Rules & Regulations is expected of all Last Key guests.
