Enjoy the perfect getaway in the heart of PGA West. The City of La Quinta is the premier playground for active living; with patio dining, boutique shops, resort escapes, world-class golf, top national retailers and the charm of the La Quinta Village.Our highly remodeled home is on the Stadium Course near hole 13 long par 3 over water.Our home features a Cal King Bed in the Master Suite with views of the Golf Course from the Sliding Glass Doors. Complete with TV and private Master Bath. The Guest Suite offers a Cal King size bed, Smart TV and a private bath, this bath can also be used as a Guest Bath with dual locking doors to the hallway and Guest Suite allowing privacy. Our home is perfect for entertaining with gorgeous views from the Living Room while enjoying the the Wet Bar, Dining Room with Seating for Six. The Kitchen offers everything you will need for a perfect stay, and has sliding glass doors to the private courtyard patio complete with another seating area, access to the private garage is also found off this private patio with BBQ.In the private garage we have 2 bicycles for use. There is also a Tesla Charging Station if needed.Back patio lounge area with beautiful golf and mountain views.Guests will have complete use of the entire house, use of the community pools and spas, Three of the six golf courses at PGA West are open to the public. Silver Rock Resort is located just down the street and open to the public for golf, dining and shopping.Private, secure gated community on PGA West.**We are currently waiting for a permit.
