We DO NOT preheat the pool and spa. During hot months: July, August, and September: most likely, we do not ask for a pool deposit. We might ask for a pool fee during April, May, and June. Spa heating is $25 – 35 per day extra from Nov – April. If you pay for the pool heating, the spa is included.The minimum age requirement is 28 years for the principal booker.So that you know – all the specifics will be indicated in the contract emailed to you. You are obliged to sign.Instructions will be emailed three days before the rental date.Please indicate the precise amount of guests.We have a base price for two people (most reasonable) for additional guests over two people.
