On the lower floor, there’s a main bedroom with a king-size bed and its own bathroom, as well as another bedroom with a pair of twin beds that shares the fourth bathroom, and a queen bedroom. Additional features include multiple decks, a gas grill, three TVs (including a 42-inch TV in the family room), Blu-ray and DVD players, wireless internet, a two-person tub, and an updated kitchen renovated in 2012. This home has parking for up to three cars.This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, internet, a DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
