Kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances; bathroom is tastefully updated. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and even bikes are provided. WiFi and flat screen smart TVs throughout. Expansive bedroom and living area invite you to relax after a day on the beach, tennis court or golf course. The villa has 2 parking spaces.One pet under 35 pounds is welcome in the villa. A $75 non-refundable pet deposit is required. We request when the pet is left unattended in the villa they be kept in a crate.
