Both bedrooms are on the second level, each with their own bath. Forced air conditioning and heat ensures you are comfortable in summer and winter months. Free wi-fi and space for remote work and learning is offered. Includes beach chairs, water sports equipment including kayaks and boogie boards. This charming beach cottage is located in the HIP District just steps to the beach and unique shopping and dining. Enjoy easy access to Coast Highway through the back gate. Leave your car in the garage and walk everywhere. A short stroll to the Village or take the free trolly. While in the Village, enjoy the day at Main Beach, exploring art galleries, Heisler Park, The Sawdust Festival and Festival of the Arts and Pageant of the Masters. Your days and nights will be filled with nothing but relaxation and fun.
