Let’s not leave out in the living room and master room we have remote controlled blinds that can open and close by remote, can you say amazing not having to get up and down to close blinds or be blinded by the sunshine. WiFi cable, CD/DVD player (INCLUDED)!An on-site complimentary fitness center with ocean views, outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, kiddie pools & lazy river are all part of the awesome amenities found at Laguna Keyes! The oceanside pool deck offers the outdoor pool and kiddie pool- with the heated, indoor pool also located on the ground level. The 6th floor features two outdoor hot tubs, kiddie pool and a lazy river. The 6th floor amenities will open in warmer weather closer to summer.(Please understand all building amenities are unable to be controlled be unit owners and vary per season/ required maintenance)Master Bedroom offers a stunning view from the ocean, access through sliding doors to the private balcony and en-suite bathroom. This gorgeous bedroom has tv, a king bed, 2 night stands and a chest with drawers and mirror. A large closet, ceiling fan and bright beachy bedding.Second bedroom has a tv, queen size bed, 2 night stands, a chest with drawers, decorated with bright beachy bedding also and a en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan.*This unit includes 2 parking passes**Please note we only rent to responsible individuals, families & couples only over the age of 21 ABSOLUTELY….
