The deck off of the eat-in kitchen area is ideal for your morning coffee or sunset drinks. This Lake Norman home features great charm, and the views give this home the atmosphere your friends and family will cherish.The main entrance opens with a custom door into a large foyer and with a pool table. It’s the perfect place to challenge your guests to a friendly game of pool while sipping your adult beverage. Off the pool area is an attached dining room with a large table and seating for 8 featuring sawgrass wallpaper and judges paneling.As you walk down the hall, guests are greeted with an open area featuring the kitchen with an island, two sitting areas, a bar, and office space, along with an eat-in kitchen with seating for 6. The large, newly renovated kitchen features a huge marble island with stainless steel appliances and lit cabinets. The kitchen island has swanky chairs and seating for 4 guests to enjoy breakfasts or engage with the chef while the group’s meals are prepared. All the areas open to the back deck with fantastic views of the lake and dining table.The main level features one bedroom with a queen bed and cozy bedding. There is a recently renovated full bath as well, with a glass shower and marble sink.As we wander to the upper level of Laid Back Lake Life, there are five bedrooms and three full baths, including a primary bedroom with an ensuite bath, sleeping 13. The primary has a king bed with sitting area and en suite bathroom. The bathroom features a glass shower and soaking tub. There is a bunk room for the kids to enjoy with a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a trundle. As you venture further down the hall, there is another queen bedroom. At the end of the hall is a bedroom with two queen beds with ensuite bath featuring glass shower, and the primary has a soaking tub. **Please note we have changed the beds in rooms and updated pics are coming soon!Outdoors features a large deck off of the main level! The yard has a newly built outdoor kitchen with a large table with seating for 10, a built-in grill with a mini fridge, and a fire pit with built-in seating. Each group will spend most of their time enjoying this new feature. Laid Back Lake Life features a brand-new dock and a large beach area. Conveniently located on the dock are all of the fun lake toys, which include a kayak, a paddle board, and an assortment of life jackets.Lastly, the garage has been converted into an additional game room!
