Family & Pet friendly!About this spaceRelax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Statesboro that boasts 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a very comfy sofa bed. The home is situated just outside of town but is within a couple mins of Georgia Southern campus & golf course, Paulson Stadudium, Tormenta Soccer Field, Bulloch County Agriculture Complex, Ogeechee Technical College, and only about 10 mins from Splash in the Boro Waterpark. The home is located on a quiet cul de sac so you can feel like you’re at an oasis.The spaceWith 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms, everyone their privacy. Walk in closets in every room as well as a full bath in each as an Ensuite. 4 couples could easily stay here and you had a 3rd wheel, they get the sofa bed!! There’s a concrete patio out back with a grill and a quaint bistro set on the front porch for morning coffee.Guest accessThere is a pool that is about a 2 min drive to get to. Typically, it’s quiet but this is a college town! Towels are provided by me and a few chairs as well. I just ask that they are returned to the home when you leave the pool for there is an extra charge.Other things to noteThe wifi Password will be hanging up for you near the living room.
