Lake Austin Waterfront Estate- 2 Houses – 5bd/4bThe 3 BR/3 Bath Main House sleeps 8 guests. Two bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has 4 bunk beds. The house offers spacious living and dining areas adjacent to a massive outdoor entertaining deck with spectacular Lake Austin views. Downstairs, on the private oversized patio, an 8-person hot tub is the perfect place to unwind.The 2 BR/1 Bath Guest House comfortably sleeps up to 4 Additional Guests (12 total guests). The Guest House has one king bed and one queen bed along with a sofa that can lay flat or sleeping. It also has a fully-equipped kitchen and private balcony with water views. Photos of the Guest House are included in the photo album.There’s plenty of outdoor activities, a BBQ grill and cast iron smoker, kayaks, life-jackets, horseshoes, bocce, ping-pong, croquet, cornhole, and polish horseshoes (which is a blast if you haven’t ever played it)! Stream your favorite playlist while enjoying our upstairs/downstairs outdoor stereo system!We can also recommend local providers that rent paddle boards, boats, jet-skis, etc. There is also a boat ramp nearby and there is ample parking on-site to safely store your boat during the stay. There is also ample, private, secure parking for guests and trailers.Located just 25 minutes from the heart of downtown Austin, but more importantly, easily accessible to many hill-country attractions.
