There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and entryway. There is parking in the driveway and a yard with deck, fire pit, hammock, picnic table, ping-pong, corn hole, and BBQ grill. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There are no cameras in any of the living areas.• Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay.
