This beautiful two bedroom, two bath home is situated on a spring fed lake yet it’s only three blocks to the beach. The family room addition provides easy access to the beautiful pool deck.A unique and private heated pool and spa overlooks the lake. There is an open deck at poolside and a large screened lanai for relaxing in the shade. The native landscaping surrounding the home is the essence of seclusion and tranquility!The large kitchen, living and dining area all face out toward the screened lanai and lake. The open design is perfect for family gatherings.There is a 51″ television in the family room. The master bedroom now features a 26″ television and the guest bedroom now has a 31″ television. There is full size washer and dryer as well as a wireless printer.This is a comfortable, beautifully furnished, ground level home with a charcoal grill, and open design. Lake by the Beach will sleep six with a two king size beds and a sofa bed. It is very popular, so please book early.Lake by the Beach is a one week minimum rental.Parking is limited to two vehicles.Not a pet friendly rentalYou are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.
