Beautiful, newly renovated house directly on the water. 25 feet from getting wet! House is situated on Willsboro Bay area. We are not situated on the lake side of Lake Champlain, but nestled in the quiet and quaint bay area.Private dock and mooring. Two kayaks, two SUPs, and one canoe.This is a year round house. Fireplaces inside and out. Kitchen w/ granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, five burner gas stove and all the comforts you would expect. Three bedrooms plus loft that sleeps up to eight comfortably. Large screened in porch with couches, chairs, tables and a day bed. Indoor swing for the kids that they will use all day. Best sunsets ever and accompanied by a giant outdoor fireplace with plenty of Adirondack chairs. Outdoor shower, the true Adirondack way! One restaurant within walking distance, one mile away and several more within five miles of the house as well as a golf course four miles away. Hike Rattlesnake Mountain (no rattlesnakes) seven miles away with breathtaking views of Lake Champlain and Vermont (Green Mountains). Ten miles to Burlington by boat or take the ferry over its just fifteen miles away.This is really the perfect vacation house for couples or families. Bike riding, hiking, swimming, walking distance to Indian Bay Marina. One mile to the fabulous Upper Deck Restaurant on the lake. This is God’s country and absolutely breathtaking!!!Your rental will provide you with linens, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish detergent, napkins, soap, hand soap etc.
