The tiny house is attached in the back to the main cottge with a separate entrance. This back location provides nice privacy with your own private deck! Beautifully designed, airy with vaulted ceiling featuring cherry beams! It has a full kitchen, bath and fantastic easy to use comfortable Murphy bed!On a private quiet road that runs along the lake, you have lots of privacy neighboring a peaceful forest which offers beautiful sunrises and reflections of gorgeous sunsets! Sit and relax on your own private deck or grab a chair and enjoy a sunset libation at the park!The cottage is 2 miles from the Canadian border, offering lots of fun French Quebec exploration! And only 55 miles from Montreal! A nice day trip! Enjoy some poutine!The Lake Champlain Islands are famous for bird migratory, walking and bike riding! We are very close to the Missisquoi National Wildlife Refuge which has lots of trails!Need I say more? You are not going to want to leave!
