This area includes a fire pit, 3 tier water fountain for ambiance, hammock, 2 hammock swings, 1500 watt solar power capability, powering 1600 feet of LED lights and a cabana equipped with an outdoor surround sound stereo system.A great space to relax and to be in your own quiet peaceful place away from the houses right out in nature. The perfect property for a larger gathering where everyone can be together, yet have your own space and privacy. Your 300′ Lake Charlevoix access is located just across Ferry road where you have access to 2 separate docks and 2 sun decks. One 16’x26′ sundeck at the main dock, and one 16’x12′ sundeck at the middle Dock.
