Off the back deck, there are stairs leading directly to beautiful green space and 2500 feet of white sandy beach on beautiful Lake Charlevoix. Enjoy stunning summer sunsets. The Harborage is located within walking distance to Boyne City and right next to the Harborage Marina and Peninsula Park. Also, on site, are tennis courts and a 9-hole putting green. This property has everything needed with modern amenities and small town charm to ensure you have a wonderful vacation with your friends and family.The main level includes a large, open living/dining area with lots of cozy spots, all with lake views, a flat screen TV and a fireplace. Sleeper sofa in the den. A large kitchen is open to the main area and is fully stocked with all you’ll need cook and dine. There is also an adjoining laundry room with plenty of room for additional storage. This level of the condo also has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and two full bathrooms. The master suite, with a king bed, is located on the upper level with a view of the lake as you open your eyes in the morning. Also on this level, there is an office area. Full bathroom and walk-in closet.Short walk to downtown Boyne City. Short drive to Petosky, Charlevoix, East Jordan and Boyne Falls. Great hopping off point to enjoy everything this Up North location has to offer.
