Lazy days at Little Red is a local favorite original Cottage to the property built in the 1950’s. There are 8 large steps down to the front door as shown in the pictures. This cottage is not handicap accessible.We are an Amazing Lake & Mountain View Community, we don’t have lake access.Maximum Occupants 2 nonsmoking 28+ adults only.NO pets/animals or visiting pets/animals permitted on property. No exceptions. No Smoking, No trailers or anything in tow. Short Rental Agreement sent from owner. Photo ID required.We strongly advise purchasing Travel insurance that is offered during checkout. Contact VRBO with any questions regarding the policy. We Strictly Adhere to our cancellation policies. 100% refund if canceled 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled 14 days before arrival date.Late checkin/early checkout are nonrefundable. Ride horses and mine for gems. Several area courses offer golfing and tennis.
