Large dock and float to enjoy swimming, fishing and boating on 11 mile Long Pond. Canoe and 2 kayaks provided; boat rentals .5 miles away and State handicap launch even closer. Enclosed porch with Sunsetter awning. Perennial garden and buckets of flowers. House deck has steel cover underneath so you can enjoy the hot tub in any weather. Lake temperature between 75-85 degrees even with the deepest part of 100 feet. Walk out basement recreational room. Enjoy the convenience of a gas log at night.Washer & dryer.
