Several Restaurants on the lake including Carlos and Charlies directly across the lake from this house, Cafe Blue within half a mile of the home by car or boat, the famous Oasis Restaurant is a short 10-minute drive. Waterfront is beautiful with easy access to water and great swimming right off the dock. Fishing off the dock is good for perch and catfish. The view is breathtaking and one of the best on the lake.The home has 3 bedrooms total. Two bedrooms are located upstairs with 1 queen, 1 full, 1 twin and living room sofa with 1 pull-out bed. And one bedroom is downstairs with a separate exterior entrance with 1 full-size bed.Volente is a short 25-mile drive from Austin Bergstrom Airport. This location is one of the most convenient to Austin on Lake Travis.Volente Water Park is 2 miles away.Waterfront boat dock can be used for swimming, fishing, or dock your boat. The dock has a 20 x 30 sitting area and two vacant boat slips. The dock is covered and in excellent condition.*****2023 Water levels have been lower than normal and continue to drop. This may change the accessibility of the dock and the lake.
