Relax in this resort style gated community and enjoy the two landscaped outdoor pools and hot tubs. We also have a indoor heated pool, hot tub and dry sauna which makes this place a perfect winter get away too. There is a well equipped gym and tennis courts on the property for the guest to use. We are also conveniently located close to the onsite restaurant and spa. The restaurant is open for limited hours over the weekends. We also have washer and dryer for guest to use. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, blender, and toaster. The living room has a sofa bed that opens to be a queen size bed. Bedroom had a queen size bed and gorgeous views of lake and hill country. Enjoy the sun set in the evenings from out balcony while watching boats cruising around, its magical! The limit for number of guests is 4. If you would need more room please see our adjoining property, Villa 2, which is right next door and can sleep an additional 4 people for a total of 8 guests. We consider 1 night rentals over weekday. If you wish to book for a night during weekdays, please ask.
