Only 35 min to clemson and “Shores of Asbury” water park, 35 min to Anderson/Clemson, 90 min from Atlanta, 1hour away from Greenville – it’s a perfect place to enjoy a sunset or a fun day of golfing, fishing, swimming and boating with family and friends. Working remotely? High speed internet in now available. For larger groups we have another property couple of houses down. The Property is ID 2905127Bring your boat ( landing 5 min away) or rent from C&E marine ( 5 min by boat) or Harbor Lights Marina 10 min away. Port Bass public boat ramp 0.5 miles away on Arrington Dr.Open living room / kitchen area is a great place to relax and watch a game on a Smart. There is a also a screened in porch and a spacious deck with 270 degree water views of the lake.Almost three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed and a work desk. Second bedroom has a queen set with twin bunk beds in a separated area overlooking the lake. There is one bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped.There is a griddle on the deck – cookout with beautiful view of the lake. Bed linens, towels and other amenities provided.Great pizza place ( peace of the pie), spotted pig BBQ and craft brewery 8 mins away.No smoking. Absolutely no pets.
