Located inside gated Beachcomber Estates in beautiful Lake Havasu City, AZ. We are offering our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with large open kitchen/living/dining space. Master has king bed and attached bath. Guest room one has 2 queen beds and guest room two offers 2 full beds. There is an additional full bathroom just steps from the guest rooms. Our home has an outdoor dining table (seats 6), gas grill, and offers space to park 2 vehicles. Inside the home we offer all the standard amenities: laundry, coffee pot (K-cup), toaster, standard cookware, hair dryers, iron and much more.
