Enjoy fishing off the dock, swimming, kayaking or relaxing around the fire pit in the fully fenced in yard.The spaceThis family-friendly, spacious home includes 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and bonus basement room with queen sofa sleeper. On one floor, there is a full bath with tub and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast island with 3 stools, dining room with a table for 6, an adjustable sit/standing desk, and a large family room. The desk is mobile so you can work from any room in the house. The finished, walkout basement has a half bath, queen pullout sleeper sofa, a dart board, washer/dryer, hang out area with a round dining table perfect for playing cards or board games, a mini-fridge and microwave. The walkout basement opens to a fully fenced-in yard your dogs will love. The basement has windows that provide a panoramic view of the lake. The perimeter of the property is fully fenced with 4′ high fence (both front and back yard). You can swim, fish, kayak, or just soak up the sun in the large backyard with a propane grill, 6 rocking chairs around a fire pit, and lawn games.Guest accessThere is an electronic keypad lock on the front entrance. Guests will be given the code on arrival day.Other things to noteThere is an electronic dart board in the basement. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the basement. You do not need to remove the cushions from the sleeper because it opens in one piece with the cushions attached. There are inflatable floats, life jackets, 2 kids and 1 adult fishing poles, a one-person kayak, and an inflatable 2 person kayak available to ensure plenty of fun in the sun!
