Stylish yet comfortable. Although the lake is not swimmable, Explore the lake by paddle boat, kayaks or choose to stay on land and enjoy the neighborhood by bicycles. Relax and unwind while sitting lakeside and viewing the water fountains day to night from the house, on the dock or in the backyard. A small plastic pool or an inflatable pool is available to cool off, or for the little ones. Adjacent to Thunderbird Preserve for hiking and across the street from a very exclusive neighborhood park offering volleyball, basketball, a playground and picnic areas.
