The path is 130 steps down our sloped concrete path to the sitting area by the water from the house where you can fish or swim off the private dock in a quiet cove. You can bring your own boat or PWC to keep at the dock, or you can rent a pontoon boat from the local marina. Play some of the many games we have like horseshoes or corn hole outside. Play ping pong, Foosball, or shuffleboard in the basement, or just hang out and watch Smart TV. The gated community has a swimming pool, a community pavilion with restrooms & fire pit, and covered community dock. Lots of activities and places to explore year round including Linville Falls, Pisgah National Forest, Hawks Nest and 45 minutes to Asheville.
