A flat and fun stroll to the dock that is covered in string lights where you will have access to a lily pad, paddle boards, kayaks, and a water trampoline all from a sandy beach of your own with lounger chairs to relax. This home has excitement and relaxation all at the same time. Friends and family have three levels to stretch out with a grand deck on the main level and walk-out access to a covered patio and the water on the base level. The main level is an open concept with a large kitchen equipped with amenities including a blender, ceramic cookware, and more with an island that seats six. The kitchen is open to a dining room with a custom booth to give comfort and space to fit eight. This is connected to a sitting area and living room space with a plush leather couch, fireplace, and two large openings to what you will want to see, the beautiful Lake Keowee’s blue/green hue. Off the living room is a grand deck equipped with a dining area for eight which doubles as a shuffleboard table. To the right, you have a fire table bar. BBQ is available! Two bedrooms on the main level each equipped with access to the deck, plush queen beds, and 1,000-count Egyptian cotton sheets. Upstairs you have a private master suite with a private patio. Plush king bed with 1,000 count Egyptian cotton sheets. Master bath with a large vanity, lighted mirror, and newly installed shower. The lowest level is all about fun! A whimsical garden/starry night themed room turned game room hang out. Also with a private bedroom with two plush double beds. Across the way is a bunk room with two more queens.
