This 4,200 SF custom home was fully renovated in 2022.The home features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a custom kitchen with Miele appliances, a double height living room with a fireplace and oversized windows with panoramic views of Lake Michigan. On the second floor, there is a living room with views of the lake and a separate space to relax. Outside there is a deck with a dining table and grill leading to a large bluestone patio to sit and take in the natural beauty of the lake and surrounding nature. A few steps will lead you down to a beach where you can swim in the water, walk for miles, or enjoy the paddle boards available to you during your stay.We are always looking to reduce our carbon footprint and find ways to protect the beautiful freshwater that makes Northern Michigan so special. If your car requires EV charging, there is a high speed EV charger in the garage for complimentary use.The property is conveniently located 8 minutes from Northport, 10 minutes from Leland, 15 minutes from Suttons Bay, 30 minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor and 45 minutes from Traverse City.
