The big water views and sunset from the porch are spectacular! The house is positioned to maximize the view of the lake. Take a dip or sit on the dock, both are mere steps away.Bring your boat and jet ski and use our ramp. Don’t have one, rent ours for “endless days” on the lake.Family reunions, fishing getaways, corporate retreats, and bridal showers are possible in this spaciousness, 4 plus bedroom waterfront home on fabulous Lake Murray (parties are prohibited). Wide open spaces both indoors and out, present a variety of scenic settings for both togetherness and solitude. A great room and furnished screened porch, welcome lemonade sippers, and Kindle readers (WiFi included), artists (mini easels & paint provided!) While the lower patio & fire pit area are the perfect locations to watch the sunset and toast the day and toast a few marshmallows as well! The house speaks of simplicity, function and fun.The nearby quiet coves are perfect for tubing and waterskiing. Anglers relish the bass-, bream- and catfish-filled waters, and daydreamers savor the 180-degree views of the lake.Bring your golf clubs, the house is conveniently located within 30 minutes of 4 challenging public golf courses. Timberlake CC can be accessed by boat.Food shopping is close by lake standards, 10 minutes to Sleigh’s Superette, 15 minutes to Prosperity Food Lion or 20 minutes to the Chapin Food Lion.The house is rented by the week (7-day minimum) for the summer months (Memorial Day through Labor Day) with a Saturday changeover. The remainder of the year is rented by the day with a 4-day minimum. A $250 cleaning fee is added to all reservations.
