This home is perfect for any family vacation!Kick-off your shoes and enjoy the outdoor lake living space which includes a large fire pit, hot tub, kayaks, sandy beach areas, a private dock for swimming, fishing (fishing poles included with this home), and lots of unforgettable memories – reconnect with your family and friends in a quiet & relaxing home! This home is very spacious with two full kitchens, dining areas, living rooms, and sleeping arrangements for up to 10 in 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The foosball table, cornhole, covered patios, and cozy electric fireplace will keep the whole family busy and happy!Please note: This is the very spacious lower level of this property. There is a separate, upper level apartment which is occasionally occupied by the owners. Rest assured that you will always have full and private access to all the amenities this property has to offer, the lake, dock, patios, yard, fire pit, grill, sandy beach areas, kayaks, paddle boards and hot tub. The owners are very quiet when in residence and try to be invisible. They want you to fully enjoy your vacation at Lake Norman Escape.Don’t forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons – delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations.*** We cannot guarantee lake levels as they do change daily.
