If for some reason the pool is closed due to unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance/repair, swimming is allowed off the boardwalk in a designated area in the lake. Life guards are NOT available so swim at your own risk at the pool or in the lake. Lots of wildlife and geese and ducks are by the lake and you can fish off the dock.A maximum of 8 people are allowed in the condo at one time and a maximum of 6 are allowed overnight. This is strictly enforced.The condo has a security system in place which is active when the unit is not rented. The renters will not need to utilize it during their stay. Front door has a video monitoring security camera which monitors all activity at the exterior of the unit.
