Located on Lake Oconee with boat docks directly behind the property. If you plan to use our boat slip, this MUST be pre-arranged with owner due to limited space. Athens is only 50 minutes away for UGA games. Easy access to the historical town of Madison and Greensboro, local shopping, restaurants and the Ritz Carlton.At an additional cost, you have an option to add a 3rd bedroom with 2 queen beds and full bath.(At bottom of the VRBO page, please ask additional questions. The primary renter must be 30 years or older to book this property.***The main level has 2 bedrooms and a family room with a full kitchen. This unit is on single level and has 1500 sqft of indoor space and 480 sqft of deck and patio space overlooking lake Oconee and the boat docks behind the unit. In addition, this unit has 3 flat screen TVs, and 1 king and 2 queen size beds. Each bedroom has a full bath with granite counter tops.This unit can be reserved as a 2 bedroom unit or part of the the entire building.
