Located on Lake Oconee with boat docks directly behind the property. If you plan to use our boat slip, this MUST be pre-arranged with owner due to limited space. Athens is only 50 minutes away for UGA games. Thanks, Jim)This unit is on the 1st floor with a screen porch and deck overlooking the lake. It has a full kitchen and large family room with a TV. The bedroom has 1 king bed with flat screen TV. The bath has dual sinks with granite tops, jet tub and walk-in shower. The family room accesses a sunroom and outdoor deck overlooking the lake. Total indoor space is 950 sqft.This unit can be combined with a 2nd bedroom (see VRBO #793305) to sleep 6. This 2nd bedroom is on the same floor.We want to make sure that we have great guests that stay with us, and we want to provide a great service. As part of this process, we strongly encourage that all guests have a 5-star VRBO guest rating.Please carefully review Rental Agreement as Cuscowilla has some rules that must be followed.****Please note that Cuscowilla is a private club and as of now, access is not available to any of the Cuscowilla facilities for rental guests.
