Downtown Eatonton’s shops, restaurants, and museums are also a short drive away.On the ground floor, the spacious first condo offers a living area, sunroom, full kitchen, and bedroom suite with a jetted tub in addition to the shower. The second downstairs condo has a studio layout and includes a kitchenette.Upstairs, the third condo has another well-equipped kitchen, a living area, and a large bedroom suite with a sitting nook.
